So I realized that it's been over an entire YEAR since we last posted anything on here!! How sad is that! We must not do anything worth mentioning to the whole world. So a quick note on what we've been doing for the last 12 months.

Brent: Still working at Fort Monmouth as an Electrical Engineer. He's on a new rotation that he really enjoys and has done quite a bit of traveling, including over-seas. The base is BRAC-ing this next year down to Fort Aberdeen in Maryland and Brent's in the process of arranging his relocation date. We've spent the last little while trying to decide where would be the best place for us to relocate and still be within a 45 minute commute for him. We'll let you know when we get that part figured out ourselves. He's still the Elder's Quorum President and has done a terrific job in getting things running smoothly while one of his counselors has been out at boot camp for the last nine months!

Cryssi: Still hanging out at home with Kaison, stopped doing Avon, as she was spending more than she earned... Helps out with Kaison's Joy School that rotates through a group of moms in the ward each week. She's learning how to really use her fabulous new mixer that she got for Christmas (has made fancy rolls and banana bread that actually tasted really good!) And the best of all news: found out she's pregnant and due in September. We find out what we're having on April 21st. There have been a few bumps along the way including a tip to the ER while in Maryland buying a new Pathfinder, but everything is running smoothly now and she can feel the baby squirm every once in a while! Was called to be the 2nd, and the 1st Counselor in Primary and really enjoys her calling and the sisters she works with.

Kaison: Knows all the letters in the alphabet, loves Joy School once you get him there. Has lots of fun in nursery and comes home singing primary songs! He can almost count to 20, but still has a hard time recognizing the actual numbers when they're written down. Loves to tease Daddy and tickle all his friends when they have play dates. Can really groove to music and loves to jam to rock and roll in the car or listen to "conference songs" when he's tired (aka the Mormon Tab. Choir or classical music) He knows there's a baby in Mommy's tummy and can't decide for sure whether he wants it to be a mommy or a daddy, but refers to it as a "he" (as do we, since we already have two "he's" out of three in the family.) Is the cutest little boy you'll ever see!!!
